Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SignalTrack collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in connection with its website and web application (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

Last updated: 2026-09-22

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal data processed when you:

  • visit and browse the Platform;
  • register and use an account;
  • contact us for support.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process:

  • Account data — name, email address, password (stored only as a hash), account status and verification date;
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and operating system, request logs, timestamps and error reports;
  • Preferences — selected language and colour theme;
  • Communications — messages you send us and our replies.

3. Public signal data

SignalTrack collects messages published in public Telegram channels and other public sources to verify trading signals. We store the channel name, message text and publication time. We do not collect data about channel subscribers.

4. Why we process data

  • to provide, operate and improve the Platform;
  • to create and manage your account and authenticate you;
  • to send service emails such as email verification and password reset;
  • to keep the Platform secure and prevent abuse;
  • to diagnose errors and technical problems;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases

Where required by law, we rely on:

  • performance of a contract — to provide the account and services you requested;
  • legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention and improving the Platform;
  • legal obligations;
  • your consent, where the law requires it.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Platform — hosting and infrastructure, email delivery and error monitoring — and only to the extent necessary. We may disclose data to competent authorities where required by law.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence. In such cases we take reasonable steps to ensure the data remains protected.

8. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable period after you request deletion, unless we must keep it longer by law. Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security and diagnostics.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, password hashing and access controls — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

10. Cookies

Details on cookies and similar technologies are in the Cookies Policy.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

12. Children

The Platform is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data and will delete it if we learn it was collected.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The updated version takes effect when published on the Platform; continued use means you accept it.

14. Contact
