Understand what our data can tell you — and where your own judgment matters.

Before you act on a signal

SignalTrack helps you research published trading signals and market activity. A tracked result, ranking or indicator is never a promise of profit. Check the original source, understand the product and decide independently whether the risk is appropriate for you.

1. Information, not personal advice

Our charts, educational material, alerts and analytical tools do not assess your finances, goals or experience. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, nor an invitation to transact. Using SignalTrack does not appoint us as your adviser, broker or investment manager.

2. Trading and leverage risks

Cryptocurrency, forex, equities and derivatives can move sharply or become illiquid. You can lose your entire trading balance; leveraged positions may be liquidated and some products can create losses beyond the initial deposit. Exchange failure, hacking and operational outages add further risks. Never commit money needed for essential expenses.

3. Signals belong to their sources

We track signals published by external providers, including public Telegram channels. Displaying a provider or signal does not mean we endorse its author, claims or services. Authors may edit messages or omit losing trades; our coverage may be incomplete. Confirm prices, timestamps and instructions against the original publication.

4. How to read verified results and rankings

Verification compares recorded signal conditions with the market data available to us. It does not prove that a trade was executed or that subscribers achieved the displayed outcome. Scores and win rates depend on coverage, sample size and calculation rules. They do not certify a provider or measure the probability that your next trade will succeed.

5. Historical and simulated performance

Backtests, model portfolios and calculated returns describe past observations or hypothetical execution. Actual results can differ because of fees, spread, slippage, funding, liquidity and execution timing. Read each tool’s methodology and assumptions. A strategy that worked in one period can fail in another.

6. Indicators, automation and AI

Technical indicators and automated alerts describe conditions in available data; they cannot know future prices. AI-assisted extraction, summaries and translations can misinterpret a source or miss context. Review important statements independently before relying on them.

7. Data availability and accuracy

Prices and source records may arrive late, contain errors or have gaps. Exchanges can report different prices for the same asset. We may correct calculations as new information becomes available. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free data.

8. External services and commercial links

External providers, exchanges and websites operate under their own terms. Check their fees, security and legal status yourself. Where a link is identified as an affiliate or referral link, SignalTrack may receive compensation. Such a relationship is not evidence of suitability or safety.

9. Your decisions and applicable law

You decide whether and how to trade and are responsible for checking restrictions and tax obligations in your jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by applicable law, SignalTrack is not responsible for trading losses or harm caused by reliance on its information. This notice does not exclude rights or liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded. Consult a qualified independent professional when you need advice.

10. Updates to this notice

We may revise this page as our tools and data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Review it periodically alongside the Privacy and Cookies policies.
